Please understand, some authentic branded items are from overrun stocks and have cut/snipped or marked labels, but we guarantee you that all items here are NEW and in very GOOD condition.

Please understand the below Terms & Conditions:

1. 1. All items are ready stock except for Pre-Order items.
2. 2. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Please do not hesitate to email us for more information.
3. 3. Shipping fee is not included in the price shown unless otherwise stated. We will advice you the exact shipping fee once order is confirmed.
4. 4. Payment has to be made within 3 working days after stock available confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.
5. 5. We will only deliver your item after your payment detail is sent to us and your payment is cleared.
6. 6. We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the items due to their course of daily usage.
7. 7. COLOR: Due to different contrast of the monitor, the colours of the items may be slightly different from what you see in the photos posted. Do email us at nonokids@gmail.com if you need clearer image.
8. 8. Price of items are not negotiable.

Nono Kids (Payment & Delivery)

Payment :

1. 1. All transactions of payment are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
2. 2. Payment can through Internet Bank Transfer; ATM Transfer; Bank Counter Transfer;

3. 3. Please make payment within 3 working days to avoid automatically cancel of your order.
4. 4. Please bank in the payment only after you have received the confirmation e-mail with the delivery charges.
5. 5. To facilitate the tracking of your payment, please state your order number in the reference when you are doing the banking in.
6. 6. All orders will not be delivered or shipped until payment is received.

Delivery:

1. 1. All order will be shipped by PosLaju Malaysia. You may also request for Post Express with a cheaper shipping fee but it's only limited for a small item only.
2. 2. Pos Express : RM 4.00 per pc
3. 3. Pos Laju :

   • West M'sia costs RM 6.00
     
   • East M'sia costs RM 8.00
     

   Any additional charge will be inform to you before delivery.

4. 4. Once payment is confirmed, please allow 2-4 days for the item to be shipped out to you.
5. 5. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from us.
6. 6. Please ensure there is someone in the given shipping address during daytime, as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent to the nearest PosLaju office and you are required to collect it yourself.
